Stellar Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. is committed to provide extensive safeguard to its information assets. Stellar's Information Security Policy (hereinafter referred to as SISP) provides management direction and support to implement information security controls across Stellar as an organization.

Stellar Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. follows risk management procedures which ensure Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Customers information assets.
Safeguarding the information assets is of supreme importance to Stellar. In this endeavour, Stellar is committed to maintain and continually improve information security across the organization. The procedures and controls followed by SISP comply with ISO27001:2013 standard requirements, in order to achieve the below objectives:-

Maintain Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Stellar's information assets, and, ensure Business Continuity Plans are developed, maintained and tested
Comply with Legal, Regulatory and contractual requirements including protection of personally identifiable information
Impart Information Security awareness to all employees, and, ensure Information Security Incidents are reported, recorded and responded

Stellar's information security policies are applicable to all business functions, all information processing facilities, all Stellar employees, third parties, contractors and their employees and individuals with access to Stellar information asset at any location of Stellar.

All employees and third party staffs using Stellar's information assets shall comply with the SISP. Non-compliance or any violation to the SISP could be subject to disciplinary action(s) as per HR Disciplinary Process.

It is the responsibility of all employees including third party employees and contractors to understand and adhere to the Information Security Policy. The Management commits itself to be compliant with the ISO 27001:2013 standards.
